The first state prison inmate in Pennsylvania has tested positive for Covid 19. He’s located at SCI Phoenix in Montgomery County, the same prison where Bill Cosby is being held. Reports are that he has been quarantined along with all inmates who came into contact with him, but it seems like it won’t be long before this spreads like wildfire through the prison. SCI Phoenix has some very dangerous prisoners – what do you suggest should be done? Release them all? Hold them in as the virus progresses through the population and staff? Scary stuff.
