A Successful Day at Fairlie & Lippy

In another courtroom, Elizabeth Lippy’s client, charged with Second Degree Murder and multiple other charges, received a three (3)  to ten (10) year sentence after pleading guilty to a Weapons Violation.  The Commonwealth withdrew all other charges.
